These terms are written to make shopping with Anjez Signature clear and fair. Please read them before placing an order.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Anjez Signature website and purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under Nigerian law.
2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each product accurately. Colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly by screen or supplier. All products are subject to availability. We may correct genuine pricing, stock or description errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira. The full payable amount is shown before payment. Online payments are processed by Paystack; Anjez Signature does not receive or store your complete card details. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully verified.
4. Orders
After checkout, you will receive an on-screen receipt or confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or delivery information is incomplete. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be arranged.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by location, courier operations, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order or if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description. Eligibility depends on the product condition, dispatch status and applicable law. For hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrance and personal-care products may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Safe use and authenticity
Use products only as intended and follow packaging instructions. Stop using a fragrance if irritation occurs. Keep fragrance away from heat, flame and children. We source products with care, but individual scent preferences or sensitivities are not product defects.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for information submitted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual property
The Anjez Signature name, website design, copy, photographs and other original content belong to Anjez Signature or their respective licensors. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer information, misuse of a product, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published when you order will apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable consumer rights.
